The impacts of leadership on positive business success, employee engagement and organizational culture are tremendously important to me. As I wrap up my doctoral study in the field of Organizational Psychology, I am putting the final touches on a research article concerning changing leadership competencies that define the new breed of Gen-X and Milllenial leaders. So, if you had to pick the three most critical leadership competencies for this emerging group of future leaders, what would they be? Would they differ from earlier generations? And what rationale could you provide for these choices?
